We would like to call on all our social partners to emulate Miss South Africa concept by ensuring that all their projects are geared towards creating useful skills beyond meeting basic needs that they exist to address. This approach will go a long way in eradicating social ills and dependency on handouts in our country.
As Ms. Shudufhadzo Musida becomes the brand ambassador for our country on our behalf as a province, we call on all young people to use this opportunity to showcase the many talents that we have as a province to the world. Let the youth see our newly crowned Miss South Africa as their door to the world, equally, we call on our government to create a conducive environment for our youth to benefit maximally from this opportunity of having Miss South Africa come from our Province, this will ensure that we are left with a lasting legacy that can also be an attraction to tourists throughout the world, and thus grow our economy.
