ADMIN CLERK: CORPORATE SECRETARIAT REF NO: DHS19/08/2022

SALARY : R176 310 per annum (Level 05)
CENTRE : Head Office: East London
REQUIREMENTS : National Senior Certificate, NQF level 4 with no experience.
DUTIES : Provide general administration and logistical support. Co-ordinate PACOM
processes prior to the meetings. Update and maintain the database for all
project approvals. Co-ordinate post PACOM processes. Provide sound records
management. Knowledge of Human Settlements environment and housing
code will be an added advantage. Skills And Competencies: Good
interpersonal relations, effective communication skills, good writing skills,
ability to work in a team and take initiative, ability to work under pressure,
computer literate.
