We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Promoters/Brand Ambassadors for a short-term assignment. The role involves engaging directly with customers, driving awareness of our client’s offering, and encouraging customer participation through face-to-face interaction.
Skills
- Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer service preferred.
- Bi- or multilingual (advantageous) as per the main languages per province.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to quickly learn and clearly explain product/service benefits.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital devices (e.g., tablets, apps, QR code sign-ups).
Job Details
- Availability for short-term contract (inclusive of weekends, public holidays and campaign-specific days).
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Professional grooming and neat appearance.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
What you’ll do
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.
- Represent the client brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Proactively approach and engage customers in-store or on-site.
- Educate customers about the client’s offering and answer questions confidently.
- Encourage sign-ups, participation, or product/service trials.
- Assist customers with digital or physical sign-up processes when required.
- Hand out promotional material or samples (if applicable).
- Capture customer feedback and report on daily engagement.
- Ensure all brand messaging and guidelines are adhered to.

- Clear criminal record
