Motus Renault Bryanston is on the lookout for an Admin Assist/trainee: Sales
Your task as a sales Assistant/trainee is to advise customers and offer them tailored solutions. For this purpose, you will receive comprehensive product training to be able to inform you about the various models, equipment, and options. You will learn how to build and maintain customer relationships by offering an exceptional customer experience and will also be trained in sales techniques.
As a sales assistant/trainee, you have the opportunity to continuously develop and advance your career. Through regular feedback, mentoring, coaching, and continuing education opportunities, we help you improve your skills and achieve goals.
Specific Role Responsibilities Key Tasks:
Assist with Customer and sales management.
Assist with Developing the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
Assist with specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
Assist with prospecting for new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
Assist with Selling vehicle features and benefits.
Assist with Handling customer questions and overcoming objections.
Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
Marketing via social media and accepted digital platforms, and promotions.
Attend regular sales meetings.
Attend all relevant company and OEM training courses, and any other developmental if necessary
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of Grade 12/ Matric
0 – 1 year Experience
Valid Driver’s License
Skills and Personal Attributes
Computer literacy is essential
Verbal and written communication skills
