Job Description
Successful candidate will be required to handle client queries over the phone or via emails in compliance with the standards imposed by the call centre. Must meet client needs as per guidelines, resolve calls or issues the first time around, making sure complex issues are escalated according to the protocol. Receive inbound calls and share relevant data, take ownership and responsibility of tasks all at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or relevant NQF
- Must be a student or completed tertiary level in correspondence
- Computer literate knowledge with MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Capable of priotizing work
- Business English
- Team player and hard-worker
- 2-3 years experience
Financial Advice
- Identifies client financial needs telephonically.
- Provides advice to the client in a call centre environment
Sales/Productivity
- Achieves sales targets and objectives.
- Sells products or services over the telephone.
